Questionnaire Results: What Users Want from the Future Užice–Sevojno Cycling Path
Published
As part of the international project BioRider – Bridging Communities: Co-creating a Sustainable and Beautiful Đetinja Riverfront, a questionnaire was conducted that allowed users to vote on the elements of the route and the content of the future cycling path from Užice to Sevojno. Its aim was to test and rank, based on the opinions of the people who use the space, the ideas defined through project work and co-creation workshops — the path that users consider most suitable and best aligned with their needs and spatial habits.
The proposed route of the cycling path is the result of the BioRider project initiative, including the analysis of relevant planning documentation, best-practice examples, fieldwork, and a co-creation process with local stakeholders and civil society organisations. The questionnaire and its results were designed and processed by researchers from the Institute of Architecture and Urban & Spatial Planning of Serbia, representatives of the Zlatibor Regional Development Agency, and Green Mobility. The results follow question by question: from the appearance and experience of the path, through facilities, programmes and environmental protection, to the choice of length, routing and path material.
